The room was not clean and bitten by bed insect. Toilet not well maintained & floor was sticky. Air Conditioner not working well subtiitute by Standing Fan. Actual room environment and condition is totally far difference from Website view. This is my first and last stay with Twin Peaks. Do not stay there anymore. Issue complaints eg. Room dirty, air cond. Spoit to receptionist with angry and bad response from her. We check out very early in the morning immediately the next day. One night stay was terrible to us.

Good value for the money, and the breakfast was good.
Could've been cleaner in the pool. And we had some minor problems with small ants in the bathroom.

Quite cheap. The staff is fairly friendly.
The location is awful, there is really no reason to visit this city. The hotel is totally not personal, only local tourists on there way somewhere with lots of luggage and lots of kids. The breakfast is a joke and totally not possible to eat. The restaurant is closed. I don't think this hotel is meant for foreign tourists.

The swimming pool coz just infront of my room and my 2 daughter like it much!! but please keep the water clean it will be better!!!!
1)The sign board very hard to see coz too small and not bright at all!!! 2)Morning Breakfast was horrible. 3)On my 1st morning no water at all.

Lovely cottages by the pool. Garden and ambience was great.
Seemed a wee bit run down but we were there only for the nights so didn't matter much. Choices for Continental buffet breakfast could do with some help. The breakfast served at the table (a la carte) was great.

The family room is spacious even tho the furnitures is a bit run down.
It will be most inconvenience if it rains as there is no covered walkway from reception to the chalets.
